Vishay / BC Components F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors
Vishay / BC Components F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors offer a 0.001µF to 4.7µF capacitance range and a 630 to 800VDC voltage rating. F340 Capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and have a ±20%, ±10%, and ±5% capacitance tolerance, depending on the model. Class X and Y safety capacitors are designed for high robustness under high humidity while meeting the IEC60384-14:2013 standard. Vishay F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors feature mono construction and are ideal for standard across-the-line X2 applications.
